You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of a mission-critical enterprise environment. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will work within a highly skilled team, providing operational support and project implementation across a complex and large-scale infrastructure environment. This includes managing over 9,000 client machines, 300 servers (on-prem and Azure), 1,600 Cisco devices, and 220 wide-area network links. Hybrid working Key Responsibilities Supporting the administration and maintenance of our hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises and Azure environments. Managing enterprise networking components, including firewalls, switches, routers, and WAN/LAN connectivity. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining VMWare virtualization solutions. Ensuring security best practices across the IT estate, including firewalls and network access controls. Collaborating with other IT teams to deliver infrastructure projects and enhancements. Providing support for business-critical IT systems and ensuring high availability. Requirements : Networking: Strong experience with enterprise networking solutions, including Cisco routers, switches, and WAN technologies. Firewalls: Configuration and management of network security devices. Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMWare Azure: Administration of cloud-based infrastructure within Microsoft Azure. Enterprise IT Operations: Proven experience supporting large-scale IT environments with 24/7 operational demands. Desirable Skills: Experience with Windows Server administration.
