Based within People Services team in HR at our Nottingham Support Office, this is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about reward to support some great initiatives across all areas of the Boots UK, No7 Beauty Company, and Boots Opticians business. The role will report into the Reward Manager and work alongside the team to deliver on various projects including Flexible benefits scheme and our Recognition schemes. Some key responsibilities include - Support the delivery of reward initiatives and key projects (e.g. flexible and company benefits, recognition, loyalty, pay and bonus) Work collaboratively with team members in Reward, HR, Stores, Communications, Field, Ireland and Opticians to deliver the reward agenda Support with producing and delivering communications that are fit for purpose, engaging and aligned to the overall communications plan, working collaboratively with the relevant communications teams Support the delivery of governance processes to reward ensuring consistent implementation of the team member offer Understand relevant policies and processes to provide relevant guidance and support to line manager queries Share insights and opportunities for continuous improvement and, where applicable, support the design and delivery of new ways of working or processes Support with the year end annual budget management activities Manage the Reward and Invoicing inboxes, collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries within the SLA What you’ll need to have Excellent stakeholder management Experience of collaborative working High quality communication skills in writing, presentation, and day to day interactions Flexible approach Great attention to detail Ability to work with data Ability to manage, maintain and test on various systems Competent with Excel Experience in supporting and delivering a broad range of initiatives Good organisational skills Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including option to buy additional holiday, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and much more.
