This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-centric Project Manager to join a top-tier Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft CSP organisation based in the South-East, and London.
As a Project Manager you will join our growing bespoke software and integration delivery team working alongside our internal teams and closely with our existing client-base. Our delivery team delivers first-class bespoke software development and integration projects, providing excellent managed services and consistent engagements for specialised technologies across the digital ecosystem.
Influential delivers digital transformation projects across a wide variety of vendor channels including Microsoft, SAP, IBM, Salesforce, and many others. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating the project work-streams in an efficient and effective manner, to ensure successful delivery of defined outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager is the key point of liaison between our clients and our organisation. Principally managing the ongoing relationship between clients and Influential, to ensure positive interactions, successful deliverables, and delighted stakeholders.
As an interface between the team and client, you will also act as Account/Relationship Manager, providing both a point of reference for status updates and by understanding the needs of the client, attempt to highlight opportunities for further development work. Working alongside internal management to feed into commercial discussions and negotiations as required.
1. Work alongside the Head of Delivery/CTO and delivery teams to provide exceptional delivery support for our customers.
2. Manage and coordinate project work-streams at operational level. Support the Senior Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of key milestones to the required quality and to the timescales agreed within project plans.
3. Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigating strategies and escalate as appropriate. Identify and work with related projects to manage interdependencies.
4. Maintain and deliver against other project controls (including planning, assumptions, decisions, change control and configuration management).
5. Ensure the required project reporting is completed through the various governance structures in an agreed timely manner.
6. Ensure effective support of the technology work-stream through an active relationship with client stakeholders to ensure progress against plan milestones is achieved.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. 2+ years of relevant experience within the sphere of project management, ideally in tech.
2. Have delivered or been involved in the delivery of projects within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. You will have a sound understanding of Agile project management tools and methodologies, and experience of applying them in practice.
3. Be familiar with methods to map out and engage with stakeholders, as well as confident and experienced in developing relationships with those internal and external to the organisation.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in person and in writing are required.
5. Strong emotional intelligence in dealing with client relationships, and third-party providers/suppliers, including experience in upselling and cross-selling.
6. Practical experience of managing project risks and issues, including design of appropriate strategies to manage these, discuss them with stakeholders and be considerate of them in the context of wider organisational strategies.
7. Have led a team to deliver project outcomes, with the ability to identify and nurture talent to build capacity and have an interest in getting the best out of people.
8. Be able to communicate the objectives and the vision of a project. Be an advocate for identifying lessons learned and sharing best practice.
9. Experience in managing multiple projects/clients simultaneously in a delivery-focused environment.
