The EMEA Sales Compensation Manager at Pax8 will oversee improvements of programs and processes across the EMEA region, ensuring pax8 is compliant and competitive whilst aligning with the business’ objectives. Manage the rollout of a new compensation tool, partnering with the Technology team, including design, testing, implementation and on-going improvements; working closely with Sales Enablement to ensure effective adoption with all users. You'll be the ultimate Compensation Manager for Pax8, unlocking new dimensions of excitement, if you possess: ✨ Designing, implementing and running compensation programs for quota carrying sales roles in Europe and the UK. Setting up and maintaining a Sales Performance Management tool Analysing, interpreting and presenting complex data sets enable informed decisions. Advanced Excel user and familiarity of PowerBI and other data manipulation tools. Collaboration with cross functional teams both in Europe and at a Corporate level in order to drive process and system improvements. Documentation of processes, workflows and best practices in relation to Compensation Management. Strategic and operational future planning and road mapping. OKR and KPI setting and tracking Knowledge of legal and market specific data in key European jurisdictions.
