Fresh, quality, rustic dishes with a modern twist and an atmosphere that keeps people wanting to come back again and again.\nWe are now hiring a new chef to join our team In Woburn.\nUsing your prior culinary experience, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.\nWe are looking for ambitious and driven food professionals that are aspiring to join a high quality and progressive business, thorough training and support will be provided.\nOur Chefs are responsible for:\n * Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.\n * Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business\n * Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.\n * Full compliance with Fratelli Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n * Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.\n * Ability to work well under pressure.\n * Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.\n * Knowledge of various cooking techniques and production processes.\n * Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.\n * Candidates must be age 18 or over due to the hours of the role\n * Candidates must be UK residents to be considered for the role\n**You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation.
