Job Title: Fabric Supervisor Location: Liverpool Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: £38,000 Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Fabric Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious retail site in Liverpool. You will play a key role in providing both proactive and reactive building maintenance and repair services for a range of client contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Engineering and Technical Services team, where you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and repairing various systems and equipment, with a focus on fabric maintenance, along with the management of a team of 4 fabric technicians. Key Responsibilities: Carry out general building services maintenance and repairs across a wide range of fabric maintenance tasks. Perform proactive inspections, identifying areas for improvement and rectification in line with health and safety standards. Respond quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations. Maintain and repair internal and external building fabric, including doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and structural components. Work alongside other technical teams to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections. Support health and safety policies, ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations. Key Requirements: Proven experience in general building services and fabric maintenance. Strong understanding of building fabric systems, including minor repairs and general upkeep. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within building maintenance. Ability to use basic tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience working in a facilities management or maintenance role would be beneficial.
