Are you experienced in customer service? A boutique within the luxury shopping destination of Bicester Village is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. Working to maximise sales, this will be a fantastic role for a dedicated individual.
You will be working 5 out of 7 days, a total of 40 hours per week in a brand that focuses on providing fashion that looks and feels in touch with the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer purchases.
2. Form and develop lasting relationships to generate sales.
3. Deal effectively with customer queries.
4. Provide an excellent level of customer service and shopping experience at all times.
5. Be a brand ambassador, representing the boutique in a professional, presentable manner.
6. Prioritise customers and build a long-lasting rapport.
7. Work towards KPI’s using the CRM and collecting data.
8. Assist and maintain visual standards to a high level.

3. A natural gift for sales, inspiring enthusiasm for the product in others, in order to buy.

8. Any additional language skills would be seen as beneficial within this position.
