We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join a fantastic customer service team in Burnley.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you would play an essential part in continuing our promise to deliver unrivalled customer service and have the opportunity to develop and grow our customer base. Working alongside your dedicated Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following activities within your given territory.
* Coordinating the activities that lead to customer product selection, i.e., advising on product, stock levels, delivery times and sampling.
* Proactively handling customer feedback and communications.
* To seek opportunities to engage with and develop customer relationships, such as new product information, following up on sampling requests and updating our CRM on relevant opportunities and activities.
* Maintaining an awareness of your customer base.
* Ensure orders are administered accurately and dispatched promptly.
* Onboarding new customers.
To be considered for this role, you would be,
1. Experienced in a sales administration/ internal executive-type role.
2. Passionate about your impact on our customers' experience.
3. Be proficient in using CRM systems / bespoke software and Microsoft Suites.
