Temporary Receptionist
Location: Pond Close, Walkern Road, SG1 Area
Rate of Pay: £12 per hour
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Temporary
We are seeking a professional Temporary Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a valid DBS check to join our team in the SG1 area. This role requires someone who is organized, personable, and efficient in handling front desk responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
2. DBS Check: A current and valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Professionalism: Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.
Job Role:
1. Managing front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
2. Handling mail, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries.
3. Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
