The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at REED Specialist Recruitment, you will be working alongside our dynamic HR team to generate talent pipelines and lead our growth strategy. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in recruitment within the construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
About the Job
You will work closely with senior team members to source candidates using a multi-channel approach, ensuring the best fit for each role while enhancing our employer brand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with Hiring Managers to take detailed role briefs and provide strategic support and advice on recruitment needs;
* Sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines;
* Managing the full recruitment process lifecycle, including sourcing, assessments, interviews, and offers;
* Collaborating with recruitment agencies when necessary to maintain a high-quality candidate sourcing and experience;
* Handling international recruitment processes and managing the recruitment database efficiently;
* Analysing and implementing process improvements and monitoring recruitment KPIs such as Time to Hire;
* Developing and managing outreach relationships with educational institutions for future talent acquisition and supporting the HR team with company induction processes.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or engineering sectors. You should have a proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and ensure best practice recruitment methods. Familiarity with online recruitment systems is also essential. A business-related degree or HR qualification is desirable, as is experience using tools like Pinpoint or LinkedIn Recruiter.
