About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Safeguarding and Children in Care Pod, a dynamic team delivering statutory and preventative services to improve the lives of vulnerable children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead safeguarding efforts for children, taking into account their individual backgrounds.
* Manage a caseload of complex cases, supporting families and creating meaningful impact.
* Drive collaboration across agencies and ensure every child's voice is heard.
* Undertake direct social work responsibilities, assess risks, and devise solutions that prioritise children's safety and wellbeing.
