Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing of supplier submitted PPAP's and ISIR's
2. Point of contact for customers with regards supply issues
3. Control of Non-Conformance by raising returns notes etc.
4. Point of contact/Quality liaison for both internal & external customers
5. Generate and manage Corrective Action Reports (CARs)
6. Inspection of parts to customer drawing or international standards
7. Monitoring of Calibration for group measuring equipment
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
1. Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards in the industrial/manufacturing sector
