Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time, 52 Weeks a year
Hours of work: 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery. The successful Early Years Practitioner will share our belief that for children to become successful learners, they need to feel happy, safe and secure in their everyday learning world.
Eton End School, founded in 1936, is a small day prep school with approximately 150 children aged 2 to 11, situated on the banks of the River Thames between Datchet and Eton. Emphasis is placed on providing a positive environment within which we enable the children to become active and competent learners. Our nursery is centrally placed in the school with children fully integrated into school life.
This is an exciting time for you to join the nursery at Eton End School as we enter the next stage of its growth. The nursery is expanding and we are looking for passionate staff to take this journey with us. We would welcome applications from experienced Early Years Practitioners as well as those who have recently qualified. Our nursery caters for pupils from 2 years old.
If you are able to demonstrate the following, we would welcome your application:
1. Level 2 or 3 qualified in Early Years.
2. Able to inspire our pupils with enthusiasm and a love of learning.
3. Have a sound knowledge of the requirements of the Early Years curriculum.
4. Able to plan and prepare engaging and stimulating activities for pupils of every ability.
5. Able to positively impact pupils in every aspect of their education including pastoral care.
6. Able to encourage learning and development through play and teaching.
7. Can create a secure environment, using imagination to help children to learn.
8. Can work with parents and carers to support their children.
9. Enable children to build their literacy, language, and numeracy skills.
10. Monitor progress to enable planning.
11. Put together activities which will keep the children engaged throughout the day.
