We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join us as a Recruitment & Outreach Lead on a fixed-term (Maternity Cover), full-time (35 hours per week) basis.
The purpose of this role is to lead and co-ordinate the delivery of recruitment and outreach activity targeted towards both internal and external markets, with a key focus on internal progression across all areas, as well as external recruitment on to the college's 19+ course provision. The post holder will work in liaison with the Head of Department - Recruitment & Progression, and other key stakeholders, to support the college in achieving its targets relating (but not limited) to student recruitment, progression, retention, and achievement. You will work in collaboration with curriculum, marketing, admin, and other support teams to deliver effective internal progression and external 19+ recruitment and outreach activity.
In order to do this role, you will need:
Achieved minimum Level 3 Advice & Guidance qualification with a willingness to work towards Level 6 if not already obtained.
Level 2 Maths and English.
Able to demonstrate a strong customer service background.
Experience in managing internal and external working relationships with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.In return you will benefit from an excellent package including:
