You’ll craft multi-modal campaigns that drive engagement, explain our strategic programs, and empower our people’s voice. As the People Operations Go To Market & Communications Manager, you'll be the guardian of our employer brand and channel the voice of people, shaping the narrative that supports Pax8’s mission to attract, engage, and retain top talent. Your creativity, data-driven insights, and collaborative spirit will bring our people initiatives to life across internal and external channels. How you'll make an impact Create, curate, and manage multi-modal brand assets that tell the story of our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across social platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor. Lead go-to-market communication campaigns that drive awareness, participation, and action for key People products, programs and organizational change efforts. Monitor and amplify the employee voice through feedback channels, social listening, and employee empowerment initiatives like Pax8 Your Voice Our Future. Own the annual People Operations Editorial Calendar, aligning campaigns to the rhythm of business and advocating for the employee perspective. Partner with Corporate Communications and Talent teams to ensure our employer brand is consistent, compelling, and aligned across internal and external channels. Coach and enable People Operations colleagues to communicate with clarity, care, and consistency — embedding our tone of voice across the organization. What you'll bring Significant experience in Marketing and Communications, ideally within People, HR, or employer brand teams. Proven track record of creating and executing multi-channel campaigns that engage diverse global audiences. Strong understanding of employer brand management, social media platforms, and reputation management tools. A passion ❤️ for employee engagement and experience building connected communities across Slack, intranets, and social platforms. Experience gathering and synthesizing employee feedback into actionable insights, so being a data wizard is essential. Experience taking products or services from idea to launch to in life highly desirable alongside a full understanding of go to market frameworks and processes Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — with a knack for storytelling. AI-curious and savvy, with an interest in how emerging technologies can elevate internal communications.
