To be successful in this role you’ll have experience in delivering initiatives and projects through the project lifecycle and will join a growing team to support the continued development of the function. A key responsibility of this role is to lead larger data related projects, with multiple workstreams, requiring stakeholder engagement across the business at all levels. You’ll be defining projects including scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities and ensure they are clear, agreed and communicated to all key stakeholders. You’ll also plan, structure, track, report on and lead project activity in line with the defined frameworks to ensure that stakeholders, dependencies, cost, quality and time are managed within agreed parameters. You’ll anticipate, monitor and manage risk and issues to protect the project deliverables and defined benefits. This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. About youYou’ll have experience of delivering waterfall style projects and leading and managing the performance and progress of a project team. You’ll be self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills which will allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from across the business. You’ll have experience of working directly within a project management function and be able to demonstrate experience of contributing towards the delivery of successful change. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial to this role, and you will possess the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels where necessary, whilst being able to communicate large amounts of information to the business concisely. Ideally, you will also have the following experience: PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent Project Management Qualification), or a willingness to work towards Change Management Certification Insurance or Financial Services industry background Previous experience with MS Project At NFU Mutual, we support an inclusive workplace and value all the differences that make us unique.
