The Resourcing Specialist is responsible for generating and managing a candidate pipeline to fulfil the volume hiring requirements of Bus Drivers. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Acquisition Partners, you will understand the hiring requirements and effectively deliver the pipeline of sufficient quality candidates to fulfil the demand. You will proactively generate candidates through direct sourcing, referrals and developing talent pools to ensure hiring targets are met. This role is a hybrid position based in the office in Thurmaston 2-3 days a week, with some travel across the business area where required to attend recruitment assessments and events. The main Midlands & South 'hub' locations are Thurmaston, Luton and Northfleet. Responsibilities Review and shortlist candidate applications as part of the initial selection process. Conduction telephone interviews with candidates to assess suitability. Arrange candidates attendance at assessment, effectively managing them through the process. Utilising self-selection processes to support with shortlisting high volumes of candidates, and effectively managing surplus pipeline in line with SLAs and ensuring a good candidate experience. Utilisation of sourcing tools, understanding the effectiveness of the sources and optimising to deliver maximum results. Build talent pools of prospective candidates in readiness for future hiring requirements. Generate referrals from candidates through the recruitment process. Provide post-onboarding support to understand and improve candidate experience, including ‘meet and greets’, surveys and check-ins. Provide market insights to support benchmarking and employer brand opportunities. Analysis of process effectiveness and identity opportunities for improvement. Proactively manage candidate throughputs daily, identify and deliver appropriate interventions to address dips or peaks in candidate numbers against defined requirements. Provide accurate pipeline reporting and hiring predictions. Contribute through own and team performance to the achievement of Recruitment KPI targets and SLAs. What we're looking for Previous experience within a recruitment role and a proven track record of volume hiring, multi-location, fast-paced environment. Confident with online and offline candidate search methodologies including CV databases, job boards and social media. Strong pipeline management skills and experience of delivering against volume hiring targets. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task across different areas. Experience of delivering against recruitment KPIs and using data insights to improve recruitment processes. Attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of employment legislation in relation to recruitment. Full UK driving licence
