Job Description
Salary: £48,557 - £57,704, dependent on experience, including a basic salary and skills payment. Plus, a one-off recruitment bonus of £3,500 and potential for an increased skills payment of up to £19,113 after successful skills assessment.
Flexible Working: Options include full-time, part-time, and compressed hours. Hybrid and some home working possible depending on business needs.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and develop systems, establish best practices, and contribute to impactful projects using languages such as JavaScript, Java, C++, Node, Python, Rust, Go, and .NET. You will also review code, define deployment strategies, and lead or mentor teams, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
