Specialising in customer experiences for brands and businesses, they work with a diverse range of clients and are now looking to take their business to the next level in 2025 with the recruitment of a talented Marketing Manager who'll have ownership of their marketing efforts and increasing their visibility and client base.
Description
This role will be accountable for creating and implementing the marketing strategy for the consultancy, working closely with the leadership team to define the marketing strategy and delivering an annual marketing calendar.
Drawing on your skills in digital marketing, content, PR and channel planning, you'll manage activity across platforms including their website, CRM, digital ads, email, and paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing a 'pull' marketing strategy that drives awareness
* Creating an annual marketing calendar
* Managing thought leadership and POV content, ensuring all content is on brand and with the consultancy's tone of voice
* Managing quarterly insight reports and developing bespoke campaigns
* Managing digital marketing activity including web, digital ads, email campaigns, and paid media
* CRM management and website optimisation
* Campaign reporting and analytics
* Creating lead generation campaigns
* Managing and briefing the in-house Content Creator and working closely with the in-house studio
* Attending events and building relationships with external publications
Experience
To be considered for this position, you'll need to have experience in the following:
* Proven B2B marketing knowledge and experience
* Ideally agency experience
* Demonstrable skills in inbound marketing and lead generation
* Experience in managing CRM systems
* Confident in digital marketing including website management, email marketing, SEO and paid media
* Knowledge of paid advertising
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Ideally experience in F&B or the hospitality sector
Remuneration
* Salary of £40-55k depending on experience
