SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader based in Keighley, Permanent role.
This is a full-time position based around a 48-hour working week, to work 4 out of 6 days which will include a Saturday, (Saturdays will be on rotation when possible)
Please note: This is a hands-on role; the successful candidate will need to be physically fit as it may involve loading and checking vehicles.

* Annual Salary £36,217 CIRCA / £14.51 per hour

The Job:
To report to the Production Supervisor. The successful applicant must be a conscientious, competent individual who works to high standards for both themselves and ensure that the staff they manage work to the same standards.
Duties:
* To work as a Production Team Leader in a food production environment
* This is a hands-on role which will require the applicant to be physically fit and able to lift heavy items and checking vehicles when necessary
* To oversea and help maintain an efficient production line supervising staff to ensure production deadlines are met
