Additional Needs Learning Support Vale of Glamorgan Start date: Monday 17th February 2025. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:15am-15:10pm. Pay: £13- £15 per hour. Term time only. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with small classes of up to 15 students with learning difficulties, assisting them with core subjects, developing their life skills, and providing essential guidance and emotional support. About you: Experience working with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Strong communication skills. Compassionate, caring, and patient. Adaptable and willing to support other departments when needed. Solid understanding of core subjects with excellent literacy skills. Comfortable working with small groups of students and providing lesson interventions. Minimum of A-levels or equivalent (Degree highly desirable but not essential).
