Job Description A part-time, permanent, solicitor is required in the Commercial Team. Aberdeenshire Council is a friendly employer and is at the forefront of flexible working. The principal areas of work include providing data protection advice, reviewing data protection impact assessments, managing the data breach reporting process, procurement advice, contract drafting, subsidy control and TUPE. Candidates must have some experience of data protection law while experience in any of those other areas of law is desirable. You are a qualified solicitor with a practising certificate or can immediately obtain a practising certificate.
