We are partnering with a client to find a Head of Procurement for a key client in an outsourced agreement. This role requires a background in strategic public sector procurement, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead a procurement function rebuild.

* Base salary of £60,000 to £68,000

* Hybrid working, 2 days on site to begin with, reducing to 1-2 after circa 6 months
What will you be doing?
You will create a procurement function from scratch, defining policies and procedures, leading strategic sourcing exercises, and reviewing existing contract terms. You will also change the business culture when it comes to procurement, working closely with stakeholders to educate and inform on best practice.
Who will you be doing it for?
You will join a well-established, successful private sector consultancy on a permanent contract and work as the Head of Procurement in one of their key clients based in Norwich for an initial 2-year period.
