This vital role will ensure the operational delivery and maintenance of IT solutions across the organisation. Responsibilities of the IT Support Desk Analyst: Provide 1st/2nd level support Troubleshoot and resolve problems Maintain existing infrastructure Resolve complex problems experienced by end users Ensure day to day IT facilities are available to all staff across all sites Analyse IT and communication activity Work closely with the IT Director to plan and implement IT strategy to ensure productivity is maintained across the business. Support training plans of the Company and provide training on IT Requirements of the IT Support Desk Analyst: Experience within IT Support Background within 1st or 2nd level support Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems Good communication skills Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office, IBM/HCL Notes and Domino environment Ability to prioritise workload and maintain deadlines Excellent attention to detail Transport is essential due to regular travel to other sites
