Maintain high standards of classroom management, creating a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment. Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback where appropriate. Be flexible, reliable, and prepared to teach across different year groups, depending on the school's requirements.About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential). Experience working with primary-aged children (Desirable). Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teaching styles. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage children with a range of abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
