Using clinical knowledge and teaching expertise, you will collaborate with the Network education team to support the development of the Neonatal QIS pathway to integrate the new National QIS Standards.You will contribute to an environment which fosters effective practice and encourages implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of new practices.You will support and teach on study days in person and online (foundation and specialist) as required.You will work collaboratively with clinical facilitators to support the education of staff from orientation of new staff through to expert management and continuing professional development.You will assist in building training resources and assessments for the online learning platform (Moodle). You must hold current NMC registration, the Neonatal QIS course and a recognised mentorship/teaching qualification or their equivalentsDegree level qualification and working towards Masters degree in a health-related discipline/teaching or level of equivalent experienceSignificant post-registration experience in neonatal careExperience organising and delivering teaching
