Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for a large distribution company based in Witham. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Paying £12.50 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience working in the office Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week between 8:00am and 17:30pm. The role has high volumes of transactions which concentrates on stock suppliers and three-way matching. Duties for this Purchase Ledger Clerk position will include but are not limited to: To process a high volume of supplier invoices for payment. Statement reconciliation. Coding and analysing of overhead invoices. 3-way matching of stock invoice. Maintain purchase ledger records and provide financial administration Assist in other areas of the Accounts Department as required Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Purchase Ledger Experience. Able to deal with high volumes of transactions. D365 knowledge desirable. Good communication before verbal and written. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
