About this opportunity
Westmorland and Furness Council are currently seeking two Project Leads to oversee the development and successful delivery of initiatives within the Schools Planned Maintenance Programme, as well as a range of school and community improvement projects. Current projects include a school extension, a visitor centre, a community equipment store, and an alternative provision unit.
We are seeking candidates with proven project management expertise—ideally in property-related fields—who can confidently manage all phases of a project. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, community-focused projects that make a tangible difference. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for those looking to take on this impactful and rewarding position.
