Job Description
Service Care Solutions are working with a Client based in Blackburn who require an experienced Administrator for a temporary contract. This is a full time role working 9AM-4PM. We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is happy working on a contract initially but would be open and interested in progressing into a permanent role with the client. Our Client provides Drug & Alcohol Detox services to patients across the North West, offering a variety of services in prisons and residential settings. This role would be based at one of their residential recovery centres.
The Role of the Administrator
1. Provide General Administrative Support
2. Occasionally Answer The Phones
3. Manage Bookings
4. Be Empathetic When Speaking With Family Members of the Patients
Experience Required for the Administrator
5. 1 Years Experience Working as an Administrator
6. Experience Working in a Customer/Client Facing Role as an Administrator Would be Advantageous
7. Experience Working in a Medical Setting Would be Advantageous
8. Experience of Performing Basic Financial Administrative Duties would be Advantageous
