The Recruitment Co are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Warrington.
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Working with a company that specialises in dedicated call support to vulnerable and older people.
Job Duties Include:
1. Speaking to Customers over the phone (Outbound and Inbound)
2. Confirming Customer’s Safety
3. Helping report repairs for Customers
4. Speaking to Housing Officers and other Family Members
Skills Required:
* A Clear and Friendly Telephone Manner
* Keen Attention to Detail
* A Strong Desire to Reassure and Help
We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available to suit individual needs.
The shifts will be confirmed upon interview/telephone consultation with our Consultant and will be a mixture of shifts on a set rota basis.
The salary for this role is £11.56 per hour, which equates to approximately £18,815 per annum based on an average 31.3-hour working week.
(An evening shift will be required once every 4 weeks, working 1pm until 10.15pm)
