HR Analyst, Manchester, £30,000, Permanent, Hybrid (1 day working from home).
Our client is a leading organisation with a strong presence in its sector, dedicated to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. As part of their ongoing commitment to enhancing HR processes and systems, they are looking to appoint a HR Analyst, in a newly created role to support key people operations and ensure the smooth running of HR systems.
Reporting into the HR leadership team, this role will be responsible for managing HR administration, optimising digital HR systems, and overseeing UK benefits administration. You will also support payroll processing in the absence of the Payroll Co-ordinator, ensuring accuracy and compliance. A key aspect of this role is improving the functionality and user experience of HR platforms, driving efficiency and automation.
You will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong interest in HR systems and data analytics. Experience with platforms such as Workday or ADP is highly desirable, along with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision will be essential for success.
