About the Role
We are looking for a solicitor (or CILEX) with 3+ years PQE and strong private client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team, consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers directories for their outstanding client service.
Essential Experience
* Proven track record in advising clients on lifetime issues
* Expertise in Wills, Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax, and family asset succession and protection
Desirable Experience
* Business structure knowledge (partnerships, LLPs, companies)
* Court of Protection experience
* Trust administration and related compliance issues
* Wider tax knowledge
* Probate administration
* STEP & CTA qualifications (full or part)
Key Skills
* Ability to manage own caseload and financial housekeeping
* Excellent client communication skills (face-to-face and remote)
* Strong legal research and advisory capabilities
* Proficient in drafting documents and letters of advice
* Commitment to staying current with law and practice
* Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
