E & M Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a leading software provider who are looking to add to their high performing sales function.
Currently working with over 19,000 customers across the UK, they are looking for someone who can come in and support them in taking the business further.
Working as part of the sales team, your responsibility will be to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
Duties will include:
1. First point of contact for new prospects and current clients as they develop through the sales funnel
2. Discover leads and set appointments
3. High volume outbound calling and email to prospective clients
4. Manage sales enquiries/orders
5. Thorough understanding of company products/services so able to provide high level information to prospects
6. Update and maintain customer database
7. Prepare weekly reports for the Sales Managers
8. Respond to queries and complaints providing a high level of customer service
Experience/Skills required:
1. Strong communicator (over the phone and in person)
2. Knowledge of MS Office products
3. Think on feet with high attention to detail
4. Highly motivated
This role is a full-time position on site and the salary on offer is £25,000pa plus bonus.
