A well-respected Brighton employer is looking to add to their finance team by recruiting a full-time permanent Senior Credit Controller/Collections Team Leader.
Job Description
As Senior Credit Controller/Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing key agent accounts
2. Responding to emails
3. Producing statements or receipts
4. Allocation of monies received
5. Running weekly debtors reports
6. Ensuring debtors reports are kept up to date with detailed information, i.e., debt progress
7. Resolving queries and escalation cases for any late payers
8. Daily banking
9. Following up on payment plans and updating where appropriate

What's on Offer
£30-35,000 with hybrid working.
