We’re on the hunt for an innovative and ambitious Internal Marketing Manager to help us put our best foot forward and showcase the hard work of our teams.
Here at Kubix, our teams are fast-paced, creative and always striving to grow the brands we work with and we’re looking for someone like-minded to assist in doing the same for our own brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing internal marketing campaigns, managing content strategies, and optimizing our digital channels to attract new clients and talent.
So what does the role entail?
You will play a key role in shaping and executing our internal marketing strategy, working closely with key directors as well as creative individuals in the business to deliver social media content, videos, case studies and thought leadership content to convey the core messaging of the Kubix brand and drive lead generation as well as help to support talent acquisition.
This is a diverse role to help with enhancing our brand presence and digital footprint, driving lead generation, and positioning us as a thought leader in the eCommerce space. Beyond just digital strategy, you will take charge of photography and videography content creation, managing our brand storytelling across all channels.

About You
* You have a creative mindset with a keen eye for branding and design.
* You're a personable, friendly communicator who is comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* You understand B2B marketing tactics and how to create content and campaigns to capture the Kubix target audience.
* You’re good at working to a budget/timeframe.
* You’ll have a tenacious ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to think of creative ‘out of the box’ solutions to (usually unforeseen) problems, quickly.
Skills / Experience

* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency or eCommerce environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
* Experience in photography and videography production.
* Proficiency in social media management, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
* Experience managing social media platforms, and creating strategic content calendars.
* Experience with running email marketing campaigns and automations.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM and automation platforms.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice To Have
* Knowledge of content strategy for long-form materials such as blogs, eBooks, and reports.
* Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
* Knowledge of SEO strategies and experience with implementing this on site.
* Experience with video post production and editing.
* Experience with event planning and management.
