Main duties of the job
As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. This will involve supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean and well-presented, and replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options throughout the day. You will also need to be aware of residents' dietary requirements.

About the Role
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
2. Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables.
3. Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
4. Ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options.
5. Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.
About You

* Demonstrated high standards of personal hygiene.
* Experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable.
* A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
* Demonstrated compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
