As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide personalized support to children with special educational needs (SEN), helping them access the curriculum and develop essential life skills. Working closely with the classroom teacher and SENCO, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity. Support with personal care and toileting where required Work with students in classrooms, in the outdoor space and occasionally off site Requirements: Experience working with children or adults with autism or special needs A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
