About the Role:
As a Supervisor, you will be working alongside Croydon Council in our social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
A Supervisor will be part of a local team supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are undertaken efficiently in compliance with company operating procedures, delivering best-in-class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability, and resource deployment.
* Overseeing damp & mould
* Site visits
* Ensuring updates and completions are received
* Liaising with clients
* Ensuring works are done to the right standard the first time
* Completing post inspections
Role Criteria:
* Experience in damp & mould
* Experience in line management
* Experience in social housing
* Experience working with subcontractors
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* IT literate
* UK full driving license
