Your goal will be to connect with decision-makers and book appointments for them to speak directly with our Sales Team. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including both new and existing businesses. Utilise various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and Linkedin to initiate contact and engage decision-makers. Present the benefits, features, and value proposition of our apprenticeship programmes in a compelling and persuasive manner. Identify, qualify, and create potential leads, gathering relevant information about their business needs and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of BPPs apprenticeship portfolio. Overcome objections and address concerns of potential clients, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our programme's value and benefits. Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, understanding their unique business requirements and tailoring conversations to their specific needs. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Meet or exceed targets for lead generation, appointment booking, and conversion rates. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Skills, experience & qualifications required Essential Positive, confident, engagement attitude Proven experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. [AA1] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage decision-makers. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all interactions. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and proficiency in using it to manage leads and contacts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
