Your Role
As a Payroll and HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our People Service Centre, ensuring smooth and accurate HR and payroll operations. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional support to colleagues, employees, and managers alike.
What You’ll Do
* Provide high-quality first line transactional HR and payroll services.
* Ensure timely and consistent completion of all HR and payroll activities.
* Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference.
Candidate Profile
What You’ll Bring
* HR and Payroll experience with a strong understanding of data protection compliance.
* Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Experienced in administration and customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
* Committed to continuous improvement of processes and practices.
