South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Calderdale Older People Community Mental Health Team based at the Laura Mitchell Health and Wellbeing Centre. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need and will be an integral role within the Calderdale Older People Community Team.

1. Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment.
2. Included on the GMC Specialist Register for older adult psychiatry OR within six months of gaining CCT.
3. Approved clinician status OR able to achieve within three months of appointment.
4. Approved under S12 OR able to achieve within three months of appointment.

1. In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice.
