Actual Salary: £22,006 - £23,835 per annum
Cascade Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint two Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join the Trust.

The Role:
The role is based at Whiteways Primary School which has an experienced, inspirational and forward-thinking senior leadership team. You will work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom. This could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas and will involve assisting the teacher in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
• Be able to work effectively within the team to ensure there are high quality and effective learning opportunities for all children
• Have previous experience of working within a Primary School setting
• Have a good understanding of child development
• Work closely within the year group and whole school team
• Have good knowledge and skills of working with pupils with EAL and SEND.
• Be a motivational communicator for children of all abilities ensuring learning is engaging and inclusive
• Experience of providing a stimulating, fun, engaging and educational environment for all children
• Be keen to work in partnership with teachers and as part of a cohesive team
• Be flexible in order to respond to the needs of the children
• Have the ability to build excellent relationships and work positively with children, colleagues, parents and the community
