Position: Senior Project Coordinator – Maintenance works Location: Lancashire Salary: >£25k DOE This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our Housing Client based in the Lancashire area. Roles and responsibilities for the Senior Project Coordinator: Responding to enquiries and working with the field team to resolve maintenance issues through to completion. Prime interface into our clients’ maintenance department to ensure reactive repair jobs are correctly triaged, scheduled, followed up and completed in a timely manner. Work as part of a team with other maintenance and compliance co-ordinators, as well as Senior Managers of the business The senior project coordinator will need: The ability to prioritise activities, manage several tasks concurrently and work calmly under pressure. Quick learner and ability to work effectively with our maintenance and scheduling tools ie. simPRO, excel, word, reports, portals The ability to organise and prioritise activities, manage several tasks concurrently and work under pressure, switching tasks and priorities while maintain focus Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels in an organisation Have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
