Working within a recruitment division for corporate services, this is a full 360 role.
Duties:
1. Supporting hiring for permanent full-time hires across the business for non-manufacturing roles.
2. High volume recruitment including internal and external positions.
3. Mixed vacancies: managerial and non-managerial.
4. Advertise and source through LinkedIn recruiter and database.
5. Pipeline and talent pooling.
6. Working with hiring managers to support their processes.
7. Interview process from candidate selection to offer.
8. Support contract creation.
Ideal Candidate:
Candidates should have an internal recruitment background with good systems knowledge; Workday would be a distinct advantage. A 360 volume recruitment background and being process-driven are essential.
