VP of Growth & Performance Marketing, SaaS - Up to £140k 25% bens (Cambridge 3 days) Our client is an inspiring, global SaaS company experiencing fast growth with a focus on company culture, enriching experiences for employees and working with collaborative and sustainable approaches. They are looking for a VP of Marketing, to champion the brand and lead demand and awareness for the next phase of their growth along with managing the marketing team. As VP of Growth and Performance Marketing, you will create and execute overarching marketing strategy, product positioning across different regions, demand generation campaigns and act as brand guardian overseeing related areas from events and content to PR and communications. This role will be based 3 days a week at the Cambridge office and 2 days from home. There are a range of benefits across wellbeing, healthcare, bonus, flexitime, life insurance and pension. As VP of Growth and Performance Marketing you will shape market position to drive continued growth and ensure marketing campaigns are targeted and driven by data and research. You will naturally be an experienced leader, immersed in emerging trends and commercial objectives, able to manage and motivate a team and report to the board and finance to drive further growth by sound investment decisions and creative ability. Who are you: Experienced Marketing Leader with at least 10 years from SaaS, and 5 years at Senior Marketing Leadership level (Marketing Director, VP, CMO or similar) Background in scaling SaaS businesses, ideally £10m to £50m ARR Deep expertise in performance marketing — media planning, digital acquisition, campaign testing and optimisation Hands-on experience with high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok Experienced executing growth marketing, product marketing and go to market strategies Inspiring team leader, used to effectively managing and growing a marketing team Deep understanding of marketing principles, driving success through content, social, paid, and organic strategies.
