Base pay range
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for a 3 month contract on a rate between £14.58 - £16.23/hour PAYE. This role will be hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities:
1. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews for multiple vacancies, managing time zone differences and interview panel member availability.
2. Pre-Interview Preparation: Organise and distribute necessary information and interview pack to candidates and interviewers ahead of the interviews.
3. ATS Management: Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with recruitment status updates for all vacancies.
4. Query Resolution: Respond to inquiries from candidates and interview panel members promptly and accurately.
5. Post-Interview Communication: Follow up with interview panels to collect feedback and provide status updates to candidates through ATS.
6. Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to verify candidate background and fitment.
7. Travel Reimbursement Coordination: Arrange and process interview travel reimbursements for candidates, if applicable.
8. Tracking: Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to support the overall recruitment process.
10. Undertake other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the recruitment and selection process.
Minimum Requirements:
1. HNC/HND qualified in a relevant discipline or significant relevant experience.
2. Relevant experience in assisting the recruitment and selection process.
3. Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
4. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate information.
5. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office applications; Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
6. Excellent written and communication skills. Proven interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in engaging with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders including those at a senior level.
7. Excellent organisational and planning skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload with often conflicting deadlines.
8. Effective interview coordination skills, supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
9. Ability to produce and, as appropriate, analyse high quality accurate management information.
10. High level of attention to detail and quality output.
11. High level of personal responsibility and initiative.
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
13. Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
14. Dedication to maintaining a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
15. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
16. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
17. Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to recruitment and immigration.
