You'll be part of a friendly, caring team that values every child's unique potential. What we're looking for? Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Experience working in an early years or childcare setting. A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver a variety of exciting, age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Curriculum. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met through tailored learning plans. Promote important social skills, encouraging collaboration, communication, and confidence. Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring all resources and facilities are used effectively.
