JOB PROFILE
Enable delivery of high-quality training to all learners enrolled with Rewards, whether funded or commercial, in order to achieve a high success rate for learner achievement on funded contracts & achieve consistent & sustainable commercial revenue.
Support the learner journey through to timely completion ensuring that all contractual & internal paperwork is completed to an auditable standard, working in a team to ensure the success of all Community Learning contracts.
This position provides a perfect steppingstone to a fully qualified trainer role.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Support
Support with the delivery of quality training in a variety of subjects including; Functional Skills, IT & employment focused training programmes.
Support with the delivery of IAG, inductions & ensure that all learners are fully aware of all policies, procedures & targets.
Enable learner engagement via the most appropriate methods; in-person, phone or video call.
Ensure that learners are able to achieve agreed programme goals by target completion dates.
Encourage learners to give feedback at whilst on programme & at set stages in the learner journey.
Exam Centre Support
Check-in, administer & invigilate commercial exam sessions.
Complete all associated paperwork in a timely fashion, to a high quality.
Ensure all awarding body regulations & procedures are followed correctly & accurately.
Administration
Maintain student database; data entry and monthly reporting
Maintain data quality across contracts
Handle general customer enquiries by telephone, email & face to face.
Maintain product & pricing knowledge for the full Rewards Training portfolio.
Conduct Initial Assessments with all prospective learners prior to enrolment.
Report on learner caseload, learner progress and forecasting to manager at regular intervals.
Any other additional duties as required commensurate to your grade
