The Role:
Hampshire County Council’s Economy and Skills team, within the Hampshire 2050 Directorate, are seeking a permanent Development Manager (Skills Delivery). This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified professional with an employer-support and skills background to join our highly successful and professional team.
Reporting to the Skills Commissioning Manager within Economy and Skills, the Development Manager (Skills Delivery) role is pivotal in developing, promoting and monitoring the performance on all our adult skills and employment contracts funded through Hampshire 2050.
This role is responsible for the development, communication and management of our partnerships working with employers and other key organisations to support the strategic aims of the service, the County Council and project achievement. This specifically includes partnerships that support our Skills Strategy.
