Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Description Job Duties: Provide individualised support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement personalised learning plans based on students' needs Assist students in improving their academic performance and achieving learning goals Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to learning Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Required Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs Experience working with students with SEN Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and strategies to support them Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Specialist SEN qualification preferred Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a tutor or teacher Experience in creating and delivering personalised learning plans Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises in SEN education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience in working with students with a range of SEN conditions Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, temporary position Work closely with students in educational settings Potential travel to multiple locations within the specified region All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
